More Information About Our Timings & Pricing

In Order to preserve Sydonie Mansion, there are limitations on event size and activities. Please contact us to discuss your event.

  • All Wedding and Event prices are up for up to a maximum of 150 guests.
  • Venue rental for weddings is for 10 hours, including set up and clean up, and access is allowed beginning at 1 pm.
  • Florida State Tax will be charged in addition to rental fees.
  • Times for a Wedding rehearsal cannot be confirmed more than 90 days prior to your event.

Guided Tours: Start date pending permit finalization (anticipating 12/2021)

Weddings: Monday-Saturday rental is for up to 10 hours
